Your privacy requests
MotionPace is operated by ECOMBRIDGE LLC. To request access, a portable copy, correction, deletion, an applicable sale or targeted-advertising opt-out, or an appeal of a denied request, email support@motionpacefit.com with the subject “MotionPace Privacy Request,” or call +1 715-503-0698.
Include the email associated with your account or order, your state or country of residence and the right you wish to exercise. Do not send passwords, card numbers or government identifiers. We may verify identity by matching existing order or account information and request proportionate additional details. Authorized agents must provide evidence of authority, and we may contact the consumer where allowed. We respond within the period required by applicable law, explain any permitted extension, and provide reasons and appeal instructions if we cannot fulfill a request. You will not receive unlawful discriminatory treatment for exercising an applicable right.
Marketing unsubscribe
Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email or email us with the subject “Unsubscribe.” We may keep a minimal suppression record to respect your choice. Necessary order, security and service communications may continue and do not subscribe you to marketing.
Cookies and opt-out signals
Use Shopify's cookie preferences or data sharing opt-out controls where they are displayed for your region. If you cannot find the control or have a question, contact us. Browser settings can delete or block cookies, but blocking essential technologies may interrupt accounts, carts or checkout. Recognized browser opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, are handled where required by applicable law and supported by the configured Shopify privacy tools.
