Our commitment
MotionPace aims to make its shopping experience accessible to people with different abilities and ways of using the web. Our design work is guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This statement is a commitment to continued improvement, not a claim of certification or that every page and third-party feature has passed a formal accessibility audit.
Usability features
We work to provide meaningful headings, labeled forms, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus indicators, readable contrast, image alternatives and support for reduced-motion preferences. Shopify checkout, customer accounts and third-party services may have separate interfaces and accessibility behavior.
Report a barrier or request assistance
If you have difficulty using a page, understanding product information or completing a task, email support@motionpacefit.com or call +1 715-503-0698. Include the page or product, the task you were attempting, and the browser or assistive technology if comfortable. Do not include payment-card numbers or unnecessary medical information.
We will work with you to provide the relevant information or an accessible way to obtain assistance and will review reported issues as part of our improvements.
